Auction Help Faq
Items can not be edited in any way once they are posted, they can only be deleted by the webmaster. If you desire to make any changes, email with item name, category, your name & password and we will remove item. You will then have to re-submit the item with your updated information.
You can post for up to a maximum of 120 days. If you desire to post item again that is certainly ok. You also set the the amount of bid increments.
If you are planning something special such as a benefit or just need to have a special category for your auction item(s), no problem just email your category request.
The password is randomly generated and very hard to remember. We suggest for your convenience to change your password to something easier to remember at the change registration form.
If your password fails to reach you for any reason upon registration, email and we will forward it to you ASAP!
If you are adding images to your auction item please do not allow the original size of the image to be larger than 500 x 500 pixels, so that it will conform to the site standards. Coding the image is simple, all you have to do is input the web address of the image (url). This site does not upload images, you must have them at an existing url for the auction scripts to refer to.
Example:

No " " or other special characters
Grade the seller or buyer. Click the number to the right of the user name - [ Auctionuser (3) ] and make your comments be known in the feedback. This is a good way to keep a check and balance and to help keep our participants in good standing. You may also create a profile page for your bidders to find out more about you. You may edit page contents at any time from that location and a url will be provided to send to your friends.
Don R. Wallick e-Auctions is wide open for suggestions. If you have any comments or questions please feel free to contact us. If you have any ideas that would help this site serve you better please let us know, if it is feasible we will try to accommodate your request.
Words for Sellers
Shipping Large Items
UPS requires double boxing to be covered by their insurance. You must also use
proper packing materials - bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts work well and can be
recycled. Save them and use them over again. Make sure your boxes are filled to
capacity with packing materials - NO SOFT SPOTS.
Advertise
Advertise your item in the appropriate newsgroups, bulletin boards etc. AOL Classifieds (for AOL customers) is another good spot.
Descriptions
Make your descriptions as accurate as possible as to condition and add as much
technical information as you feel necessary. You can also upload pictures if you have
that technology, or if you have access to a server where you can put a picture, you
can put a link to it when you register the item.
Be sure to include in the description your shipping and payment options.
